Building A is the ideal location for a single tenant who needs expansive manufacturing capabilities. Building A contains approximately 142,000+ square feet of manufacturing space as well as offices making it ideal for a large single manufacturing tenant. It is one story plus a mezzanine and was constructed in 1962. Maximum ceiling height is 14-20 feet from the edge to center of building.

As you can see from the picture below, the space available is largely open and highly configurable. While the space is ideally suited for manufacturing it could be easily converted for mix use as well. There is office space in the upper mezzanine and down the center of the primary space on the ground floor.

At the moment there are offices down the middle of the first floor between the two bath rooms. This is not reflected in the drawing but you can see them in the image above.
